Rising UK rapper Ben Hunter is set to release a new single on the 23rd of February 2018.
‘Anarchy’, available at all major digital outlets, is just one of the many standout tracks from his recent debut album ‘So it Begins…’ which was released in September last year. With a song title that needs no real explanation, the single is a truly angry social statement of intent and the sound of young British Hip Hop today.
Originally from Barnstaple in North Devon, Ben Hunter moved to the London five years ago to fulfil his ambition of becoming a recording artist. Taking inspiration from the likes of Oasis, Skepta, Frank Sinatra, Hans Zimmer, Anderson Paak, Joyner Lucas and Drake, he set about creating beats and rhythms and writing songs that reflect his personal journey, tongue in cheek humour and elevating festival anthems. The aforementioned debut album featured a number of artists that Hunter has collaborated with over the last few years and ten tracks that have drawn comparisons with Macklemore, Eminem, Plan B, Dave and Professor Green.
An exciting and energetic live performer, Ben Hunter will announce a series of shows to coincide with the ‘Anarchy’ single release.
