Weeks of speculation came to an end last week as the housemates were finally revealed for Celebrity Big Brother 2011.
During the last couple of weeks we’ve heard that the likes of Charlie Sheen, Pamela Anderson and even 80’s singer Bobby Brown would be appearing in the House. So you can imagine the disappointment of viewers when Z-list after Z-list ‘celebs’ entered the house Thursday night.
Actress Tara Reid who starred in the American Pie movies (Kevin’s girlfriend), Kerry Katona, Jedward, photographer Darryn Lyons and The Only Way is Essex’s Amy Childs are just a few of those taking part in the infamous show this year.
The one person, who did catch our eye, was heart-throb, actor Lucien Laviscount. The 19-year old is best known for his role as Jonah Kirby in the BBC1 drama Waterloo Road where he had an affair with his Spanish teacher. He has also appeared in Coronation Street and Grange Hill.
This series is the first to appear on Channel 5 after Channel 4 axed it from the scheduling last year.
