Channel 4 is looking for one special family to take part in the new series of The Family
Channel 4 are in the process of making the second series of the ground-breaking documentary series The Family which aims to capture what it really means to be a family in Britain today.
As with the recent series, we’re looking for a loving family who are dealing with the things that are important to all of us – whether its parents trying to get their kids into the right school or teenagers negotiating their independence.
We want to be there for the important milestones in the family’s life, such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or a challenge the family will be facing together.
In particular we are interested in talking to the many mixed race families who make up modern Britain today to hear their perspective on family life.For one family this will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: to capture an extraordinary four months of their lives on film.
