Since its inception in 2003, the Urban Music Awards has set itself apart from other awards ceremony by giving YOU the public full deciding power on who gets nominated and who ends up winning the prestigious awards.

Estelle, Adele, Leona Lewis, Dizzee Rascal, Jay Sean, The Streets, Basement Jaxx, Craig David, Taio Cruz, Duffy & Natasha Beddingfield make list of nominations.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held in The Indigo2 on 15 November 2008.

Editor of the award winning Flavour Magazine who loves to play netball and run’s an rnb and hip hop karaoke night. I put ketchup on most of my food and hope to interview Barack and Michelle Obama one day. I have also worked in TV production for the likes of the BBC, MTV, Talkbackthames and RDF and have broadcast credits on Richard & Judy, 10 Years Younger and 60 Years of RnB just to name a few. I am a sassy and savvy individual who likes to inspire people with my words. Oprah Winfrey is my inspiration and my philosphy is difficult takes a day and impossible takes a week if you keep your eyes on the prize.

  1. Flavour you know you have my vote…You work hard all day every day and you deserve to win. Not just for the material and content you supply to others to read but mainly by your efforts to achieve! Lots of love and support from me for sure.
