Marques Houston

The sensational return of MH.

Sexy rnb singer Marques Houston is back with a sexy new tune entitled ‘ Body’. The track is dedicated to a sexy female that he is seeing at the moment and therefore portrays his feelings through the lyrics of the song.

The beat and harmonising in this tune is much different to his previous singles as the tempo varies from slow to fast throughout the whole track. Once hearing this song it didn’t come to my attention at first but when I viewed the video and played it over and over I must say it has really started to grow on me since then and I cannot stop listening to it myself. The lyrics in the hook of the track are so intense that they will make you sing along to it with ease. He sings: ‘She told me slow it down, she like to play around, she told me my body was her personal playground, shawty feeling my game, I made her say my name, my name…’

You are bound to enjoy this new single so let us know your views, it is out in stores on September 29 via TUG entertainment.

Wale featuring Lady Gaga – Chilling

Despite rumours about Gaga and her gender she continues to top the charts with her catchy singles Just Dance, Poker Face and Paparazzi to name but a few. Her latest collaboration is with US rapper Wale with the very catchy Chillin.

With a unique sense of rhythm and lyrics the tune is about Wale’s current fame within the industry and speaking of individuals who just can’t get enough of what he does. He says: ‘Look at that, look at how they looking at me eyes all sticky like honey on bees. Look at that, look at how they looking at me’.

There has been quite a bit of controversy in regards to this video as many are believed to think that it has mimicked the style of UK singer M.I.A but I myself disagree. Post your views on the content of this video and also let us know what you think of the track.

Jay Z Run This Town

Jay Z makes an initial comeback with this single taken from his latest album The Blueprint 3.

Just when I thought Hova himself was enough this track also features Kanye West and Rihanna. The video relates to the title of the track and embodies the spirit of the film Mad Max.

I am loving the beat and sound of it as it has more of a rock feel and I personally think that it will be a huge success in addition to the  album. The lyrics in the track are rebellious and the Rhianna made an appearance with her new punkish, bad girl look. She wants everyone to step back as she has returned to our screens and is determined to take over and be categorised alongside big shots Jay Z, his wife Beyonce and Kanye West.

After watching this video you will never look at black attire in the same way.

The Blueprint 3 is in stores now.
