Forming in 2005 and hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, ‘The QueenCity Generals’ comprises of Mark John (Tongue) andJoey Rodriguez (Joey Car’mels), who aim to bring a soulful sound back to hip hop and become ‘the breath of fresh air that true music fans have been longing for.’
Influenced mainly by Mobb Deep, this particular track was written with the core belief that ‘everybody has the potential to be a boss’.
