Relatively unknown in the UK, that is until now; La La Land made a huge debut with their first release in Europe alongside U.S super-producer Timbaland in 2012, to an incredible response which gained them over 35 million YouTube hits.

The production duo who have gained previous notoriety through their individual success, can boast sell out shows throughout Europe and are responsible for a string of releases, (now in the library of dance classics), through EMI subsidiary, Positiva Records. Evolving their sound and taste over the years, La La Land came together to amalgamate their various influences of Hip-Hop, club and electro beats and feature the vocals of global artists on the track listing of their debut album.

Lead track ‘Lonely’ focuses on a club and electro influence with a catchy hook and a sexy smooth vocal. Already receiving strong support from the likes of BBC 1Xtra’s DJ Cameo, Capital Xtra’s DJ Woody and play listed at Westside Radio, La La Land look set to emulate their European success on British shores.

Far from being content with taking the conventional route to producing music, La La Land apply the same rules to their visuals and to top off their UK introduction ‘Lonely’ comes with a visual that will take you by surprise taking a controversial twists from your typical “club” video.
