Picking up from where he left off, Context continues to deliver and showcase his colourful rhymes. Much like his previous effort, ‘Small Town Lad Sentiments’ is an incredibly polished production with top notch efforts from every angle. Hailed as ‘Middle England’s Poet Laurette’, the MC who’s been compared to Mike Skinner for his carefree flow, doesn’t try too hard to be anything he’s not, and that dedication is starting to pay off with a steadily growing fan base. In short, Context has a knack for flipping already–breezy joints into narratives, and he is a breath of fresh air. Look out for him hotting up the festival circuit this summer, and swooning into the mainstream any day now.
