If you follow us here at Flavourmag then you will already know that we are huge fans of the extremely talented and absolutely stunning singer-songwriter, Pia Mia.
Pia Mia is an 18-year-old singer-songwriter who is already putting her stamp on the music business! Miss Mia is signed to Interscope Records who she has already dropped a 6 piece EP under. The EP was titled “The Gift” and it dropped back in February 2014. Since then the 18-year-old released her warm up single “F**k With You” which gained huge success from critics and fans. FWU features G-Eazy and was produced by popular producer Nic Nac. Nic Nac was behind one of the biggest tracks of 2014, Chris Brown’s “Loyal”. FWU even has an element of Loyal in the beat which is automatically recognisable. Not bad for a warm up single aye?
If working with Nic Nac on just your warm up single wasn’t impressive enough, Pia Mia is now back with her official debut single which has a couple of familiar faces on the line up. “Do It Again” sees Pia team up with two of the hottest acts in Hop Hip and RnB right now, Chris Brown and Tyga. After the success of their joint album “Fan Of Fan” earlier this year, no two people are hotter than these two right now! I guess it really does pave well to have Miss Kylie Jenner as a best friend, don’t you think? DIA is produced by Nic Nac and has SUMMER SMASH written all over it! The beat is smooth but up-tempo enough to get you groove on which is very similar to the boys hit track Ayo from earlier this year. The vocals coming from Pia Mia are right on point too!
Mia has now dropped the official video for DIA and it has automatically been stamped HOT! It was shot in down town L.A on a beach where Pia showcases her insane beach body and undeniable beauty. Rolling around in a skimpy white bikini on the beach makes it very difficult to take your eyes of the up coming star. Not only does the track include a rap from Tyga and vocals from Breezy but they also appear alongside the 18-year-old in the video. The video kicks off with Tygas flow and the second verse sees Chris introduced to viewers. Finally the video wraps with all three goofing around and dancing in front of the camera. The visual is sure to help the already hugely popular track climb the charts even more!
