Hollywood royalty Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Alexandra Burke, Misha B, Shaggy and Cover Drive were some of the stars that turned up at Puma Yard to see Reggae superstar Gyptian headlined their Jamaica 50 Independence Day celebration on August 6.
With Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt having won Gold in the 100m finals the day before the vibe in the yard which is situated at The Boiler Room on Brick Lane was electric. The venue reached capacity quickly with lots of revellers wanting to get inside to enjoy the Caribbean food and drink and cool reggae music provided by Saxon Sound System.
