San Francisco based producer and DJ Shaw Quentin has recently announced the release of his newest single Timing Is Everything, inspired by the concept of the importance of time and pressure it encompasses.
With nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Shaw Quentin has travelled and performed in iconic locations such as Vegas and Ibiza and drawn inspiration from time spent travelling. Producing music with a youthful and groovy edge whilst presenting a mature and experienced sound, Quentin aims to create original and creative material.
His newest release Timing Is Everything drew inspiration from a variety of Shaw Quentin’s inspirations with the percussion side of the track taking influence from hip-hop producer Timbaland, heard through the stuttering toms and subtle beatboxing, the bass and overall groove taking influenced from French house duo Daft Punk, and the haunting synths and pads drawing inspiration from early work of producers Moby and Enigma.
The single itself will be available to stream and download from all major media providers from 27th February, and is available to pre-order now on iTunes and will be followed by further releases throughout 2018.
