Lucy Flight was given the keys to the homeowner’s 4-bedroom end of terrace house on Saturday (7th April) to create a ‘Try Before You Buy’ experience for prospective buyers online.
During the experience, Lucy documented her overnight stay, vlogging for YouTube and posting on her Instagram and Twitter social channels, to provide a view of what it would be like to live in the home to her followers.
The experience was organised by Housesimple, the online estate agent, as a pilot offering and aims to help attract buyers and speed up the sale of the property.
Try Before You Buy took place from 16:00 on Saturday 7th April – 11:00 on Sunday 8th April 2018.
