The excitement is unreal! 51st Festival has unveiled its 2023 lineup and it’s EPIC! Kings of House NYC, Body & Soul, Dimitri from Paris, Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Roy Ayers, Norman Jay + more.
London’s 51st Festival (FKA 51st State) is set to take place on August 5th at Copthall Playing Fields and promises to be a day of unbridled joy. Showcasing classic and emerging dance music across six stages, over 100 legendary acts have been announced for the festival, including Louie Vega, David Morales, Todd Edwards, Grant Nelson, Norris ‘Da Boss’ Windross, Roger Sanchez, and Mike Dunn.
The festival celebrates the heritage of dance, with diverse genres such as Soulful, Classic, Tech, Afro, Garage, Disco, Soul, RnB, Dancehall, Soca, Amapiano, Drum & Bass, and more. It remains one of the UK’s most inclusive events, threading nostalgic, iconic acts with the best in cutting-edge new music and plenty of good-time vibes.
The lineup includes French ambassador of stylish club sounds, Dimitri from Paris, American DJ and actor DJ Jazzy Jeff, and British DJ Norman Jay. Legendary Notting Hill Carnival sound system Rampage is set to host an incredible mix of live and DJ talent, while Backto95 will bring together some of the biggest names in UK music. House FM’s VIP stage will feature Chicago house producer Mike Dunn, international house DJ DJ Pioneer, and one of house music’s most important vocalists, Robert Owens. With such a varied and exciting lineup, the 51st Festival promises to be an unforgettable day of hedonistic joy for dance music lovers.
