Out of the Further trades the Lambert family for a new bloodline—and a horrifying ability that turns the spectral realm into a two-way portal.
The final trailer—watch it above—wastes no time establishing the stakes. Amelia Eve stars as Gemma, a young mother who discovers she can slip into The Further. But unlike Elise or the psychic mediums before her, Gemma doesn’t just visit the realm of lost souls; she can drag what lives there back into the real world. Lin Shaye returns, new demons emerge
Lin Shaye reprises her iconic role as Elise Rainier, the franchise’s spiritual anchor, while Brandon Perea joins the cast alongside Eve. The newly released demon posters—visceral, grotesque, unmistakably Insidious—tease the entities waiting to cross over. Director Jacob Chase, who crafted Come Play‘s suburban tech-horror, brings a fresh lens to Leigh Whannell’s original universe.
