KOKO Electronic’s winter season brings Michael Bibi, Marco Carola, Green Velvet and more to Camden, and it’s being announced through a fake kebab shop.
If you’ve spotted odd menu-style flyers around Camden or Shoreditch lately and wondered who’s opening a kebab shop, here’s the answer: nobody. It’s KOKO Electronic teasing its AW26 season, and the lineup on the menu is huge. Michael Bibi, Shanti Celeste, Marco Carola, WhoMadeWho, Francis Mercier, Green Velvet, Chris Stassy, DESIREE and Femi Koleoso are all coming to the Camden venue this winter, with more names still to come.
Order up: the kebab shop campaign
The rollout is a proper bit of fun. The season comes with a campaign built around a made-up London kebab shop. It’s directed by Eoin Glaister and produced by Stink UK. Every flyer has a mystery phone number, and if you ring it you’ll get clues about who’s on the programme. It’s nice to see a club announcement you actually have to solve, when most just drop a tile on Instagram and leave it there.
The full lineup lands at 3pm on Thursday 24 September, along with the campaign film. That’s when you’ll get the whole order, not just the scraps from the flyers.
More than headline club nights
The big names will get the headlines, but this season goes well beyond the main room. KOKO is spreading the programme across the whole building, with takeovers, live shows, workshops and community events. Two dates stand out already. Shanti Celeste is taking over the entire venue for her birthday, and she’s one of the warmest, most joyful selectors in the UK. And Francis Mercier is doing a three-show residency, so you’ll get to hear his Afro house sets build over several nights.
Then there’s the range across the lineup. You’ve got Marco Carola’s marathon techno and Michael Bibi’s big tech-house grooves. You’ve got Green Velvet’s Chicago house pedigree and WhoMadeWho’s live electronic shows. Add Femi Koleoso, drummer with Ezra Collective, and you can see KOKO isn’t booking for just one crowd. This follows on from a big summer, when KOKO Electronic marked the venue’s 125th anniversary with Uncle Waffles, A-Trak and more. The Camden landmark clearly wants to carry that energy into the colder months.

No dates, prices or ticket details for individual shows have been confirmed yet. They should arrive with the full reveal. Put 3pm, Thursday 24 September in your calendar and check KOKO’s channels when it drops. Or ring the number on one of those kebab-shop flyers for an early taste. With names like Bibi and Carola on the bill, be ready to book as soon as tickets go live.
