APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR in cinemas this March

The new star in HBO’s GIRLS, Desiree Akhavan, is the leading role and creator of what looks like could be a positive highlight in another year of cinema dominated by overproduced Hollywood blockbusters.

This movie has a refreshing sense of air and comedy about it just from looking at the trailer.

It’s about Shirin, an Iranian bisexual teacher struggling to fulfill the requirements of being the ideal Persian daughter.

Her family doesn’t know she’s bisexual, and her girlfriend Maxine, can’t understand why she doesn’t tell them.

Following a family announcement of her brother’s betrothal to a parentally approved Iranian prize catch, Shirin embarks on a private rebellion involving a series of pansexual escapades.

Appropriate Behaviour is hitting the cinemas nationwide on the 6th of March 2015. Will you go see it? Tweet us your thoughts using the hashtag #appropriatefilm
