For example the brain is actually 90% water, and muscle is 75%. Every cell in your body needs water, which why it is so important to drink enough fluid.

So listed below are 10 benefits of drinking water.

Lose weight: Drinking water helps you lose weight as it flushes down by-products of fat breakdown. It is an effective appetite suppressant so you’ll eat less. And it has zero calories.

Natural headache remedy: Helps to relieve headache and due to dehydration. Yes I know that there are many reasons to get a headache but often dehydration is the common one.

Look Younger with Healthier Skin: When your skin is properly hydrated you will look younger. Water helps to replenish skin tissues, and moisturise skin.

Better Productivity at Work: As mentioned earlier, the brain is mostly made up of water. Drinking water makes you more alert and concentrate more easily.

Water dilutes the concentration of cancer-causing agents in urine, and can shorten the time in which they are in contact with the lining of the bladder.
