The reality TV personality has gone from a size 16 to a size 6 and trimmed her waistline to a size 24 – making her slimmer than Kate, whose waist-size is 26.
Vicky says her rapid weight loss to swift ten-minute work-outs – many of which, she says, are based on the movements of various animals.
‘The gorilla exercise for instance copies the crawling movements of apes,’ she said.

‘Then on the DVD we’ve got other moves like the single leg Crane and the Sea Turtle in there which work your legs and bum. It’s a fun way of doing pretty tough exercises!’
Her new motivation is in stark contrast to reports from pals last year, when she was said to have ‘given up caring’ in the wake of her painful break up.
‘She kind of gave up caring about herself and put on at least a stone over the past few weeks comfort-eating junk food like pizza and ice cream,’ a friend told Closer Magazine.

‘She’s around a size 12-14, but isn’t admitting what she weighs. Her weight gain has made her feel even worse. She wants to find a new bloke and take her mind off everything.’
