Prep
Use exfoliating beads suspended in a rich balm, use circular movements around the lips and outer skin. Instant brightening and smoothness (Benefits “Lipscription”)
Protect
Use a fragrance free balm to prevent irritation after scrubbing the lips.
Precision
Once the balm has absorbed use a waxy lip liner pencil in the same colour as your lips. Draw a line precisely on the lip line. Then if you want to make them bigger draw a second line just above or smaller just below.
Pout
Dab a little liquid highlighter on your cupids bow
Perfect
Finally apply two coats of lipstick, blotting after the first with a tissue

Apply a layer of” Lipcote” (available at boots) to keep it in place
