We all do it, and why not? Snacking can be your secret weapon for weight control, as long as you replace those high-carb, low-nutrition snacks with the right healthy snacks.

Many snack foods are basically nothing but empty carbohydrates of the worst kind. They’re made from inexpensive, highly refined ingredients such as bleached white flour, corn syrup and sugar. It gets worse. They usually contain partially hydrogenated oil (trans fats) a dangerous substance that is a culprit in clogged arteries.

So step aside and let me help you! I have 2 healthy snacks for you that are quick and easy to prepare. One is for weight gain (higher in fat- good fats!) and the other is for weight loss (lower in fat)
