Jeans for Genes Day Celebrates 20 years with the help of Celebrity friends.

A whole host of celebrities have donned their favourite denim and modelled in the new Jeans for Genes limited edition fashion t-shirt, as they get behind this year’s Jeans for Genes Day on Friday September 18th 2015, in a bid to raise money and generate awareness for the national charity.

Stars including the iconic Kate Moss, Emma Bunton, Angela Scanlon, Nicola Roberts, Coleen Rooney, Katie Price, Olly Murs, Caroline Quentin, TOWIE’s Sam and Billie Faiers, Made In Chelsea’s Lucy Watson, Louise Thompson and Scottish starlet- Tallia Storm, plus many more, have all posed in their favourite denim and this year’s charity t-shirt, as they set out to highlight the importance of raising money to help children affected by some of the most serious and life-threatening genetic disorders.

This year’s limited edition fashion t-shirt which boasts a hand drawn design and the ‘Jeans for Genes’ strapline was designed by 20 year old Edinburgh College of Art Illustration student Elle McKee and selected as the winner by a team of fashion experts who were impressed by its simple, yet wearable, design.

Available now and priced at £20, the Jeans for Genes Day limited edition t-shirt allows you to recreate the look of some of your favourite celebrities whilst doing your bit for charity.

It is estimated that 1 in 25 children is affected by a genetic disorder and 30,000 babies and children are newly diagnosed in the UK each year. Jeans for Genes and celebrity supporters invite everyone to wear jeans and our new t-shirts on Jeans for Genes Day, Friday September 18th 2015 to ensure that children with genetic disorders continue to receive vital care and support.
