Julia Michaels

Pop Superstar Julia Michaels hit the stage in London on her very first headline UK tour.

If you’ve haven’t heard of Julia Michaels by now then you’ve definitely been living under a rock. Known for being a household name in Pop, Julia uses her influence to create beautiful-pieced tracks around Love, Heartbreak and Mental Health on albums ‘Inner Monologue Part 1’ and Inner Monologue Part 2′

Taking to the stage at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire, Julia truly put on a fantastic performance from start to finish, encouraging her young fans to be their ‘true selves’ whilst attending her gig. There was absolutely no judgement allowed last night and that’s how it should be.

There’s a reason Julia was nominated for a Grammy, using her sweet and soft vocals to hit each inch of the room, she was absolutely astonishing. From performing her biggest hit ‘Issues’ to thought-provoking track ‘Anxiety’ and ‘Into You’, She really shined a light to on the fact that you’re never alone, reminding us that we’re all in this together.

Although fans were very disappointed that Niall Horan didn’t make an appearance for their duet track ‘What A Time’, she made up for it for crowd-surfing… I know a popstar crowd-surfing? That’s almost unheard of!

Finishing the night by performing in the middle of the crowd, Julia said she’s never felt more connected to her fans whilst doing this. I can imagine a lot of people left feeling very happy last night.

Shepherds Bush Empire being her first headline venue, we can only expect bigger things are in store for her. We look forward to catching her perform in the future, we left feeling very full.
