Millie George – Top 10 Fashion Items for Summer

Working in a gym environment, I found myself surrounded by people who were into many different forms of fitness. Some of them were into bodybuilding and competing.

Although I was very interested in general health and fitness, body building did not appeal to me at first. I thought it was an extreme form of fitness and not for me at all. Last summer, after researching a little further, I came across bikini fitness which did appeal to me and suited my body type.

Four months later, after undertaking some intensive training and dietary changes, I competed in my first fitness show and won! What an intense and exciting time that turned out to be!  The experience has opened many doors for me. Bikini fitness has proved to be exactly the right transition for me and I am thrilled to able to participate in this particular area of health and fitness.  I am very excited at the prospect of exploring it further!

As well as fitness, I love fashion, dressing up and going out with the girls. Whether it’s a night out clubbing in London, a music festival or a vacation in Marbella, I’ll be there!
