Ministry of Sound is turning 35, and the London club is pulling out all the stops with a birthday weekend that reads like a masterclass in electronic music history. Running from Friday 2 October through the early hours of Sunday 4 October 2026, the celebrations bring together four heavyweights from across the spectrum—Andy C, Kerri Chandler, Moodymann and Loco Dice—each representing a different corner of the sound that’s kept Ministry at the forefront for over three decades.
Andy C’s Decade-Long Return
Friday night belongs to Louder, and they’re handing the reins to drum & bass royalty Andy C for his first Ministry of Sound appearance in ten years. He’ll be delivering an extended three-hour set, pulling from his brand new fourth album and reminding everyone why he’s one of the most technically accomplished DJs on the planet. If you’ve followed The Warehouse Project‘s final season line-ups, you’ll know this calibre of dnb booking doesn’t come around every week—especially not with a decade of anticipation behind it.
House Legends and Techno Grooves
Saturday 3 October splits into two distinct moods. Daytime is all about Hard Times, the influential house brand and label bringing New York deep house pioneer Kerri Chandler and Detroit icon Moodymann together for what promises to be a session of serious weight. Chandler’s extended hybrid set paired with Moodymann’s genre-hopping authority is the kind of pairing you don’t see often—two of house music’s most singular voices in one room.
Saturday night shifts gears with Urge, Ministry’s flagship underground house and techno night, closing things out with Loco Dice. The Tunisian-German producer’s deep, chunky, groove-first approach is the perfect final chapter for a weekend that spans the full breadth of the club’s 35-year legacy.
The birthday weekend sits at the heart of a year-long 35th anniversary programme that’s included the club’s biggest-ever main room renovation, a global anniversary tour, and a return to Ibiza this September after more than a decade away. Club Director Matt Long summed it up: “Few venues get to celebrate 35 years at the heart of dance music. We wanted to mark this milestone with a line-up that reflects both our heritage and where our sound is today.”
