Application:

  1. Apply your foundation evenly across the whole of your face in a circular motion with foundation brush. (Gina B Beauty Tip – Avoid using sponges or your fingers as you are more likely to waste the excess foundation)
  2. Apply eye shadow primer on your eyelids. This helps the eye shadow stay on longer and appear more vibrant.
  3. Apply the lightest eye shadow (not the white highlighter) all over your eyelid. Now, use a little bit of the same light eye shadow to highlight your brow bone (raised area under the arch of your eyebrow)
  4. Take the medium colour and blend it into your eyebrow crease with a back and forth motion with your brush. And when I say ‘blend’, I mean… Blend, blend, blend! But make sure the colour is still visible.
  5. Take the darkest colour and blend it into your outer corner in a sideways v-shaped motion with your brush. Again, blend! And make sure the colour is visible.
  6. Apply the white eye shadow in the inner corner of your eyes. Make sure that it blends into the light brown colour on your eyelid.
  7. Apply liquid/gel liner to your upper lash line only. Personally, I prefer gel. But use whatever you’re most comfortable with. If you’re a newbie at eyeliner, I recommend practicing. Also, the line is always thicker than it appears to be when you have your eye closed. Use short, steady motions to apply the liner.
  8. Curl your natural lashes with an eyelash curler. Take fake eyelashes and trim the inner end so that it fits your eye. Apply lash glue to the base of the false eyelash. Wait 20 seconds for the glue to set. Put the lash on your lash line. Curl the false lash and your own lash together so that they look more natural, and then apply mascara.
