_DSC0209 - CopyODF Clothing( Ow’du’feel) was founded in 2007 by young entrepreneur Nicholas ‘ Supanova Dex’ Amfo, who launched the diverse clothing line with a variety of styles targeting a wide market.

ODF is a label which has a versatile and tasteful look, defining confidence, self-motivation, independence, class and most importantly style. “Ow’du’feel” clothing is a way of expressing views on the society and day to day opinions which attract all ages and genre’s.

We caught up with ODF pioneer Supanova Dex to find out a bit more about modern fashion and the work behind creating a recognisable label:

How would you describe the style of the clothes you make?
The one description I would call ODF is versatility! Consisting of so many slogans and expressions which is being said on an everyday basis. The style of the clothing is made for both men and woman giving them a casual look to their everyday wear.

How would you describe your personal style?
Innovative, diverse and confident.

If you could pick a famous model to wear your clothes who would it be and why?
Chanel Iman, she’s young, beautiful and courageous being at the age of 20! She’s got a bright future. Plus I fancy her lol.

How did you get into fashion?
It all started from music and we felt the need to represent ourselves through clothing and by doing that the desire and passion started to grow giving us the chance to progress more.

What makes your designs stand out from the rest?
We put metaphors and quotes behind our designs, have a complex style, various colours and our quality of production which exposes the importance of our clothing, making us more visible.

Who is your favourite designer and why?
There isn’t a particular designer that I do admire but there are various designers that do inspire ODF such as Rocawear, Adidas Originals, Mitchell & Ness and Christian Audigier.

What are some of the perks of being a fashion designer?
Knowing that you might be the new generation of fashion and that creativity is essential.

If you weren’t designing clothes, what would you like to be doing?
Music was the first thing that got me drawn into fashion, without doing this I would have continued my music career yet expanded on generating events for good causes.

What’s your end goal in the fashion industry?
The end goal is to publicise the awareness of ODF’s direction, which includes embracing confidence and to maintain our originality including progression within quality and style.

What originally inspired you to pursue a career in fashion?
Being involved in music originally and having an interest in events management, our passion naturally developed in fashion due to the use of creative ideas and inspiration to design.

What gives you inspiration?
Positivity, hard working people and determination

Who is your target market?
Our target Market is everyone, because of the way we express ourselves through our unique slogans.

Which fashion designer do you love and why?
ODF Clothing, They stand in to stand out.

Who do you think is the best-dressed celeb and why?
Right now it would have to be Pharrell Williams, mainly because he has a very interesting style! He blends street wear/retro and smart clothing.

Who do you think is the worst dressed celeb?
Flavour Flav lol

What is your must-have fashion item at the moment?
Christian Louboutin – Snake Skinned Custom £7k High-Top Trainers #2Powerful.
