Good news for all foodies, OXBO Bankside launches bottomless brunch.
Flavourmag are happy to share the new of the OXBO Bankside launching bottomless brunch which comes after the success of the Bottomless Sunday Roasts. On the 21st May OXBO Bankside will launch their first Bottomless Brunch.
Executive Chef Paul Bates will be serving a delicious menu, including an extensive choice of fresh market salads, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, served from the chef’s Traders Tables, where guests are invited to help themselves to as many of the starters and desserts as they fancy.
Available every Saturday, OXBO’s open kitchen will also host a live waffle and egg station, where Chef’s team will rustle up variety of classic dishes including Eggs Benedict; Eggs Royal; Three Egg Omelette; Waffles and Pancakes – all with a wide range of toppings!
Main courses will be served as three sharing plates to your table, including Fillet Of Veal, Broadstairs Sea Bass and Cauliflower And Lentil Dhal, and will change on a weekly basis depending on what is in season and available from local markets.
With live acoustic performances, brunch is priced at £28 per person for 3 courses and a glass of bubbles. Alternatively, guests have the option of upgrading to bottomless bubbles at a cost of £40. The menu is available every Saturday between 12pm- 3pm (with a 2 hour limit on Bottomless Bookings).
