Small savings to make a big difference and death isn’t something we like to think about, but preparing for life’s only real certainty will make the lives of the loved-ones we leave behind easier.

In a survey conducted by the MoneySuperMarket the results revealed that up to 60% of UK adults do not have any form of life insurance, with many believing it’s expensive and that insurers don’t honour claims.

The reality, however, is very different – with 97.7% of all claims being paid out and the average monthly life insurance premium just £21.75*.

You don’t necessarily need to give up the treats. There are a number of small changes you can make that will enable you to continue to enjoy life while preparing for the inevitable and ensuring your family’s financial security is taken care of.
