Brought to you by Rep Dat and Darkness Records, One Mic, the innovative and inspirational live music talent show is back with a bang, doing what it does best – only BETTER! Nine artists from Hip Hop, Reggae and Soul/R&B battle it out in front of a live, London club audience and panel of industry judges to find out who wins the ultimate One Mic prize.

Hosted by Quincy the Comedian (Supreme FM) and Dominizle (Street life Radio), One Mic’s judging panel consists of Maria Kempinska (Founder Jongleurs chain of Comedy clubs), Solomon Penumuchi (A&R manager for Universal Records – Loick Essien, Jessie J – and Gary Barlow’s Universal/Future Records imprint), Lush (Recording Artist, songs with Mavado and Lady Ga Ga) and Jamal Miah (CEO of Darkness Records & respected London promoter), all of whom provide honest, genuinely felt feedback to competing artists.
One Mic is the only made for TV music talent show that represents the dynamic and diverse genres representative of UK culture, whilst providing an atmospheric combination of an exciting night out with the chilled environment generated from live music showcases. With the stakes raised even higher for artists this season, following some serious label interest for one artist in series 2, One Mic is the music industry hub for people to come and network.
