…Known for giving you best in dance music, DJ’s and artistes, Magaluf is where it’s at! The likes of Steve Aoki, Radio 1’s Judge Jules, Calvin Harris and Wretch 32 all graced BCM with sets to die for.

BCM Planet Dance boasts a state of the art, 65,000w Funkition One sound system, combined with thousands of magnificent lasers, flashing light effects and dancers. Entrance fee is usually between 30-50 Euros but well worth it for an unlimited free bar as well as free merchandise ranging from T-shirts to beach towels and bags.

The week was kick started with a surprise set from Steve Aoki. The American electro house musician took the place of Sebastian Ingrosso from DJ super group, Swedish House Mafia, who will be splitting up after their August string of gigs. Sebastian was apparently sick in bed, and apologised for his absence via Twitter. Nonetheless the night was jam packed with ‘Magalove’, and although everyone expected a set from Sebastian they weren’t disappointed in the slightest.

Steve tweeted shortly after his set ‘Mallorca was amazing. Best crowd! @bcmmallorca thank u for the hospitality. Back on the #aokijet to ibiza!’
Radio 1’s Judge Jules with Micky Slim kick started the UV party, party goers danced the night away to the best in British dance music while glowing in the dark. The UV extravaganza saw professional club dancers get wild in a giant wine glass full of UV paint. Club goers joined in with the fun and painted their faces in cool patterns in bright neon colours.

Calvin Harris literally packed BCM to the brim; the club saw fans packed in like sardines. The limited amount of space didn’t phase the drunken fans as they jumped and fist pumped anyway. He clapped and jumped with the crowd as he played fan favourites like ‘Bounce’ ft Kelis, ‘FlashBack’, ‘Lets go’ ft Neyo and of course ‘We Found Love’ ft Rihanna. Fans watched in awe as he worked the decks with ease.

Thursday saw club goers take the party from land to sea; girls and guys partied in bikinis and beach shorts aboard the BCM boat while on a three-hour sunset cruise around the Mediterranean.  The evening then saw Wretch 32 bring live vibes to the BCM square. His set featured Tinie Tempah’s ‘Like It or Love it’ as well as club bangers like ‘Traktor’, he had the crowd singing along at the top of their voices to ‘Don’t Go’ and jumping uncontrollably to ‘Unorthodox’, Wretch 32 most definitely brought some phenomenal vibes to say the least.

Overall BCM Planet Dance gave us dance nights that we’ll never forget, these dance DJs are dominating the scene right now, and it was a pleasure to bust some moves with the industry’s finest. The BCM line up for July and August is bananas; LMFAO, Jessie J, Rev Run, Dappy, Lethal B, Labrinth and more will all be in attendance so make sure you get down there.

From its glorious beaches, majestic mountains, theme parks, a wealth of historical buildings, fantastic shopping and cultural experiences – Mallorca really does have it all. Add to that its banging nightlife makes it the perfect holiday.
