REVIEW: British Plus Size Fashion Weekend, plus Photo Gallery @ChamsFace4music @BPSFW

Forget New York, Milan and Paris, and even our very own London Fashion Week  this year British Plus size Fashion Weekend exploded onto the capital this weekend for its second year running and people flocked to view shows from the likes of Evans, ASOS, Simply Be, Dea London, Yours clothing and Remi Ray to name but a few.

Dea London’s 70s inspired collection brought a flash of colour as did  If i’m completely honest; seeing so much colour on the plus size catwalk was great. Hopefully it will inspire a few curvier ladies to be bold and wear some brighter colours as opposed to being a slave to black

ASOS also played a big part in bringing a fabulous, ‘on trend’ collection.

The biggest buzz for me was definitely the Remi Ray show. This collection in particular gives us a great insight into what how women with curves really want to dress, The models stormed onto the catwalk in flattering shapes and styles. The range is designed by the BPSFW founder (who i will rename ‘superwoman’). I mean, as if preparing a show isn’t hard work enough, she also designed one of the best plus size collections i have ever seen.

With some amazing shows and great new trends to look out for, British Plus Size Fashion Weekend was nothing short of a roaring success.
