Rough Copy aren’t just a bunch of pretty faces entertaining us on the X Factor every Saturday night. I mean they are that but they have also become breakout fashion icons in the process.

I don’t think anyone saw it coming but their mixture of urban style with a high fashion edge has secured them a place as the best dressed band in the history of the show.

So far we’ve seen Sterling, Kaz and Joey rocking skirts, smocks and Michael Jackson style white socks with black shoes but they pull it off with manly ease. They also love their leather which never goes out of fashion as the boys have proved several times over.

It’s nice to see a stylist who has stayed true to the bands original style and hasn’t dressed the Londoners in the sort of typical street style that you would expect see.

With their mix of talent, personality and fashion habits they could actually be the first black band to win the X Factor! And with JLS packing up their microphones there’s definitely a gap in the market for the street but sweet trio.
