Sam Divine Brings 555 Concept to Cova Santa for Debut Ibiza Residency

The house music heavyweight is taking her back-to-basics club philosophy to the White Isle with four carefully curated dates this summer.

House music icon Sam Divine is making her most significant Ibiza move yet. This summer, the influential DJ and producer will bring her 555 concept to Cova Santa for a four-date residency marking both her first headline run on the island and the debut Ibiza appearance of the rapidly growing club brand.

The dates—13th June, 22nd August, 16th September and 23rd September—will see Divine take over the cult hillside venue with the same dancefloor-first philosophy that’s been turning heads across the UK since 555 launched earlier this year.

Back to Basics

555 isn’t just another club night. Built around a purist ethos that strips away the noise and focuses squarely on the music, the concept centres on intimate, immersive experiences rooted in grassroots club culture. Originally launched alongside Divine’s single ‘The Groove’, 555 operates as both a label and event series designed to reconnect with house music’s essential foundations.

The approach is refreshingly straightforward: extended sets, carefully curated lineups, and a no-phone policy that encourages clubbers to lose themselves in the moment. Previous UK shows have seen Divine deliver marathon 5-hour, all-night-long performances in smaller venues, reinforcing the project’s “always creating, never imitating” mantra.

The Perfect Venue

Cova Santa provides the ideal setting for 555’s Ibiza debut. Carved out of ancient rock high in the island’s hills, the mid-size venue offers both outdoor and indoor spaces alongside a serious sound system that can do justice to Divine’s vision. It’s a space that balances intimacy with impact—exactly what 555 demands.

For each date, Divine will handpick lineups featuring artists from the 555 family and extended network, ensuring every night reflects her signature sound while maintaining the community-driven energy that defines the concept.

From Street Team to Residency

Divine’s journey to this moment has been anything but overnight. She cut her teeth in Ibiza as part of the Defected street team before becoming one of the label’s most recognisable faces. Her energetic, feel-good sets have since taken her to the world’s most celebrated clubs and festivals, building a reputation as a defining figure within house music.

Now, with 555, she’s channelling decades of experience into a more personal and focused direction—one that prioritises connection over spectacle and substance over hype.

What’s Next

The Cova Santa residency represents the next chapter for 555, but it’s far from the final one. Further international takeovers and label activity are planned throughout the year as the concept continues to expand its reach while staying true to its intimate roots.

For anyone who’s felt disconnected from modern club culture’s phone-waving, bottle-service excesses, 555 offers something different: a return to what made us fall in love with house music in the first place. And this summer, that vision lands in Ibiza.
