N.W.A. originals and Straight Outta Compton stars Ice Cube, O’Shea Jackson Jr. and Jason Mitchell surprised fans last Friday night by making a guest appearance at the UK’s first public screening of Straight Outta Compton, hosted at London’s Ritzy Brixton.
The UK has gone Straight Outta Compton crazy right now and what better way to thank the fans of legendary N.W.A than to pop up at the film’s first public screening in Brixton, London. Produced by N.W.A members, Ice Cube and Dr. Dre, the biopic Straight Outta Compton shows the story of the group, their difficult origins, unique voice, rebellious side and their fight for freedom of expression at a key turning point in American history. The film will release in UK cinemas August 28th.
