You’ve still got time to taste and explore the Summer Specials menu at Pho.
Whether it’s the cocktails or the food that floats your boat the new Summer Specials at Pho has something for everyone.
We visited Pho (Clerkenwell) to taste the delights on offer. First up we sipped all the cocktails on the Summer specials menu which included the ‘Phú Quoc Martini’ (Nếp Phú Lộc clear rice spirit, fresh orange juice, cranberry juice & lime), the ‘Hội An Iced Tea’ (Hà Nội vodka, iced tea & lemon) and the ‘Nha Trang Lemonade’ (Nếp Phú Lộc clear rice spirit, homemade lemonade, fresh mint & ginger)…
Out of the three, the Phú Quoc Martini was simply delicious and came top rank with my guests, coming in at a very close 2nd place was the Nha Trang Lemonade which was nicer than most mojito we have tasted and last but by no means least was the Hội An Iced Tea.
If we had to choose only one, of the above it would be a slit decision between the Martini and the Lemonade…
For starters we have to try the Gỏi cuốn bò, served cold these mouth watering bites which look small in size are actually pretty filling.
The rest of the summer specials menu at Pho consists of Spicy green phở (tender chicken breast, morning glory, green beans, pak choi, lime & Thai basil in hot & spicy veggie broth)
And with some of the meals giving a portion of the proceeds to Facing The World charity, you can dine while helping to provide life-changing surgery to some of the world’s most disadvantaged and vulnerable children.
