After a two-year break, Tinie Tempah is back! Picking up from where he left off with his 2011 hit, ‘Till I’m Gone’, the award-winning rapper dropped by MistaJam’s BBC 1Xtra show to premiere his brand new single, ‘Trampoline’, featuring 2 Chainz. The Diplo produced cut delivers musically, rather than in words. No less effective than Tinie’s grimy, flow, over the bass driven track. As with ‘Pass Out’, ‘Trampoline’ also showcases various different musical styles, serving as a token of Tinie’s enthusiasm in taking risks. “I didn’t want to over-think the first single too much,” he says. “I knew it had to be a transition between the first and the second album. I describe it as being like a climax.”

It’s a bold track that you’d expect from the breakout star, allowing 2 Chainz’s to get in on the action to deliver some sharp rhymes.  With his second album, ‘Demonstration’ set to be released in September, the South London star is easily securing his comeback of the year honors. You’ll be able to pick up ‘Trampoline’ featuring 2 Chainz on August 4.
