We had the pleasure of staying at the Vdara during our Romantic Couples Getaway trip, which was 7 days of bliss. As mentioned in our Romantic Couples Getaway feature, we lived the excessive lifestyle while enjoying concerts, theatre shows, dinning experiences and so much more.
Here are 10 reasons to stay at the Vdara Las Vegas
5 star luxury
The Vdara Hotel is a 5 star luxury hotel, situated in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. The rooms are all suite like and very impressive. Less than 10 years old the Vdara still feels like its brand new and you will not regret a moment you stay there.
Vdara’s base suite is anything but ordinary. With 582 square feet of luxury including a kitchenette, you have never experienced a “room” like this before in Las Vegas. The views are stunning, the location is perfect and all that is missing is you.
Easy Access
The Vdara has easy access to everything you need while you live the excessive lifestyle Las Vegas has to offer. Whether you decided to use the taxi rank outside the hotel or simply order and uber, you can travel to anywhere along the strip in minutes.
To gamble or not gamble
The Vdara hotel is one of the limited few hotels that does not have a casino. This makes it a fantastic place to stay if you are not the type of person that wants to live inside a casino during your stay in Las Vegas. However luckily for the gamblers amongst us, the Vdara is directly connected to the world famous Bellagio Hotel, pop into the lobby, turn left and POW you can walk straight into the Bellagio. Or leave through the main doors and walk less than a minute along the sidewalk and you can walk straight into the very impressive Aria Hotel and Casino.
The suites
We stayed in junior suite at the Vdara with an impressive almost 360 degree view of Las Vegas. Can you imagine waking up in the morning and looking over the city while the sunrises or watching the sunset? It makes you feel great and gives you that extra oomph needed to start the day. The rooms are high spec, with electronic roller blinds and blackout curtains. The bathroom is glorious and the King Size bed will whisk you into the land of nod in not time at all. Bare in mind you will probably not to too much sleeping while in Las Vegas. Take the virtual tour and see for yourself
Sauna & Steam
The Vdara boosts an impressive and intimate spa, with a range of treatments available. If you want to unwind while in Las Vegas, simply book a session in the spa where you can re-vitalise and re-coop ready for another extreme day in Vegas. Although the Vdara’s spa is impressive, its nowhere near as impressive in size and facilities and the Aria Hotel and & Casino across the way. If you stay at the Vdara you can book yourself into the Aria spa too which is great and you can also enjoy the Aria’s outside pool area too. This is a great way to unwind as Vegas has a habit of trying to keep you awake 24 hours a day.
The View
Do yourself a favour and book a room with a view. As mentioned above, we had an also 360 degree view from our hotel suite. Some of our photo’s doesn’t do it justice, but believe me, you will not regret waking up in the morning and looking at the landscape.
The Staff
Vegas has exceptional customer relation skills. Every where you go you will probably find helpful and friendly staff. Everyone, no matter how high or low they are on pay grade seem have been trained in the upmost customer service skills. At the Vdara you will find friendly and helpful staff that are ready to help with your every need. Check the concierge desk for a few tips or places to visit while at the Vdara.
Coffee
Did someone say coffee? If like me you have to have a cup of coffee in the morning before you can do anything, you need not worry while staying at the Vdara. Of course there is your usual room supplied coffee but Vdara also has its own starbucks and The Market Cafe downstairs. You will NEVER run out or search for coffee for too long.
Drinks
The Vdara boast a nice little bar right in the centre of the ground floor reception. Its called the VICE VERSA Patio & Lounge, with TV screens showing the latest news and sport, its the perfect place to grab a quick or long drink before you hit the road or make your way to the Kiki De Montparnasse for a sexy evening of lingerie shopping with your partner.
