It could be a sketch from Family Guy, South Africa’s deaf federation said this interpreter (seen here with President Barack Obama after his speech at the memorial service for former South African president Nelson Mandela) was a fake.

Really?!

The sign language interpreter used during Nelson Mandela’s memorial service in Johannesburg on Tuesday was a fraud who was “literally flapping his arms around,” experts said Wednesday.

Collins Chabane – one of South Africa’s two presidency ministers – said the government was investigating the incident, but did not release any more details about the bizarre stunt.

It was not immediately clear how the bogus interpreter slipped onto the stage during the memorial service, where nearly 100 heads of state attended.

Experts agreed that the imposter interpreter was not signing American sign languages or any of South Africa’s 11 official languages.

But he still managed to stay on stage for the duration of the service, leaving leaders in the deaf community outraged.

“He was a complete fraud,” Cara Loening, director of Sign Language Education and Development in Cape Town, told Agence France-Presse.

“He wasn’t even doing anything. There was not one sign there. Nothing. He was literally flapping his arms around.”

He said that during Obama’s speech, the interpreter looked as if he was “trying to swat a few flies away from his face and head.”

There is definitely a funny side (excuse the pun)  but that wasn’t all, showing that jealousy can even stretch to the usually mega composed First Lady, Michelle was non to pleased at this selfie, flirting.

President Obama was getting a little too friendly with Denmark Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt.

Looks like this president can’t get away with flirting in front of his wife…
It appears that first lady Michelle Obama was none too pleased with the way that President Barack Obama was acting toward Denmark Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt during a ceremony honoring Nelson Mandela, and after a good deal of eye rolling , they switched seats.
