HUGEL Brings His Biggest Ever London Show to the Old Royal Naval College

The Latin House heavyweight plays Labyrinth on the Thames in Greenwich on 7 August 2027. It’s his only UK date of the year and his first open-air show in the UK.

Picture the colonnades of Greenwich at golden hour, the Thames sliding past and a few thousand people moving to a Latin House groove. That’s the plan for Saturday 7 August 2027, when HUGEL headlines Labyrinth on the Thames at the Old Royal Naval College. It will be his biggest London show so far, his only UK performance of 2027 and his first open-air gig in this country.

A riverside series on a roll

Labyrinth is coming off its biggest summer yet at the venue. In 2026 it pulled in 76,000 people across eight sold-out dates. The 2027 run will be the series’ third edition at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, and HUGEL joins BICEP, who are already on the line-up. That’s two very different headliners so far, and both have plenty of pull.

The setting does a lot of the work. Old Royal Naval College gigs don’t feel like a field with a fence around it, and the backdrop is part of the reason people book. This time the production should match it too. Creative studio High Scream, who are behind some of the world’s biggest live productions, will handle full-scale lighting and visuals and turn the historic courtyard into an immersive open-air dancefloor.

Why HUGEL, why now

If you’ve been anywhere near a dancefloor in the past few years, you’ve heard him. ‘I Adore You’, ‘Morenita’ and ‘Jamaican (Bam Bam)’ have all become big global hits, built on his signature mix of Latin, Afro and Mediterranean rhythms. His CV shows how far he’s come: sold-out shows around the world, Ibiza residencies at Hï, Pacha and Ushuaïa, and sets at Tomorrowland, Burning Man and Coachella.

He’s clearly up for it. “London, we’re taking it to another level!” HUGEL said. “Playing at the iconic Old Royal Naval College is gonna be something special. Historic walls, crazy energy, and one mission: MAKE THE GIRLS DANCE!”
