Through a stylistic mix of Mexican musical flavour fused with English lyrics, Andy Jaske brings the ultimate Mexican dance-pop single of 2021 – ‘Just so Happy’.
An energetic injection of fun, light-heartedness and shamelessness silliness, Andy’s new track signals the hopefulness of a road to recovery in light of present events. Featuring melodic trumpets and trombones, a tuba synth bassline and Mexican dance-style percussion, this uplifting track pays homage to the importance of celebrating multiculturalism and diversity within our broader society, as a means for spreading joy amidst a time where it’s been lacking. Reflecting on the single Andy says, “I had a lot of fun with it, and hope it lifts some spirits in these hard times.”
As a choir boy from the age of 4, Andy was already taking emerging steps towards his impending musical breakthrough. Despite a short break from music, Andy has more recently returned to his musical roots, of which his previous single ‘Better Spent With You’ secured a finalist position in both WYEP Singer-songwriter Competition and Song of the Year Songwriting Competition.
