FITZ Mallorca opens with a sold-out 12-hour marathon from PAWSA, Nic Fanciulli and Miguelle & Tons

Palma’s legendary waterfront venue gets a high-end electronic music makeover, launching with 1,300 clubbers and a state-of-the-art sound system.

Palma’s nightlife just levelled up. FITZ Mallorca, the newly transformed 1,300-capacity waterfront club occupying the iconic former home of Tito’s and Lío, kicked off its debut season on Thursday 16th July with a completely sold-out 12-hour opening party. PAWSA, Nic Fanciulli, and Miguelle & Tons headlined the marathon session, christening the venue’s new d&b Audiotechnik sound system and those floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows that shift from daylight Balearic views to after-dark energy.

A Century of History, Reimagined

This address has serious pedigree. Over the decades, Tito’s and Lío welcomed everyone from Frank Sinatra and Grace Kelly to Ray Charles and Elizabeth Taylor. Now it’s been meticulously reimagined as a bold, modern venue designed for music-first experiences and world-class production. The century-old legacy is still there, but FITZ has rewritten the script entirely—high-end vision, cutting-edge tech, and a focus squarely on house and techno.

The opening also marked the launch of the venue’s flagship residency programme, ‘The House of Artists,’ which will bring top-tier house and techno talent to Palma throughout the summer. If the debut night is anything to go by, FITZ is positioning itself as the Balearics’ new essential stop for serious clubbers.
