A free immersive experience at Outernet London invites fans to celebrate the Queen of Pop with large-scale visuals and personal tributes on 16 August.
London’s getting ready to throw one hell of a birthday party for the Queen of Pop. On Sunday, 16 August, Outernet London will host C’MON MEET ME ON THE DANCEFLOOR, a free interactive installation that wraps Madonna’s visual universe around the venue’s vast 360-degree screens at Tottenham Court Road.
Created and directed by London-based Lookport Studio in collaboration with Outernet, the installation is more than a passive spectacle. It’s built for fan participation. Visitors can leave personal messages and submit photographs, with selected contributions appearing on the monumental screens alongside tributes from other fans. It’s a public celebration that folds the audience into the work itself — turning the space into something communal, personal, and larger than life.
A Visual Language for a New Chapter

The installation celebrates Madonna’s creative legacy while channelling the visual language of her latest chapter. Alex Wolf, Founder and Creative Director of Lookport Studio, put it simply: “Madonna helped write the language of modern pop culture through decades of relentless work, constant reinvention and a refusal to stand still. We wanted to honour that drive and give the audience a genuine way to express their own connection to her work.”
Philip O’Ferrall, CEO of Outernet, described the project as a privilege. “Madonna has inspired audiences and artists for generations so it is a complete privilege to be able to celebrate her and her connection with fans in such a creative and interactive way.” It’s not a retrospective — it’s a live, breathing tribute shaped by the people who show up.
How to Experience It
The installation screens at selected times throughout the day on 16 August 2026, and entry is free. Before heading down, check the Outernet London website for the latest screening schedule. Madonna’s London tour dates have always been legendary — this birthday bash is no different.
