We are shocked and sad to learn that Michael Jackson has died at 50 years-old.
Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.
Sources say that the King of Pop was dead when paramedics arrived. Once at UCLA hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.
We’re told one of the staff members at Jackson’s home called 911.
Jackson’s sister LaToya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.
He leaves three children behind: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II.
Michael was due to perform at The O2 in London in July with 50 sell out dates. Fans around the world will be devastated. His show was gearing up to be the ultimate experience with fabulous dancers and amazing technology.
Michael Jackson was the seventh child of the Jackson family who entered the music scene at the age of 11 and was inducted into the Hollywood walk of fame in 1984. He touched the lives of many through his music. His longtime friend Reverand Al Sharpton has called for people to pray for him and his family.
