Wondering where you’ve seen Nicholas Hoult (NUX) from Mad Max Fury Road before? Nicholas Caradoc Hoult is an English actor, one of those actors that makes Flavourmag very proud.
Why? Well Nicholas Hoult is doing what most young actors can only dream of doing, starring is huge Hollywood blockbusters such as Mad Max Fury Road, X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past but of course it didn’t start in Hollywood.

You may remember Nicholas Hoult starring alongside Hugh Grant in the hugely popular ‘About A Boy’. Nicholas played Marcus Brewer an odd 12-year-old boy with problems at school. Gradually, Will (Hugh) and Marcus become friends, and as Will teaches Marcus how to be a cool kid, Marcus helps Will to finally grow up.
Cute right? And if you where one of the people that was around in 2006 when the UK urban box office smash hit movie Kidulthood which is in our Top 10 Urban Films of all time in the UK arrived in cinema’s then you may remember that Nicholas Hoult starred as Blake alongside Noel Clarke, Adam Deacon, Aml Ameen and Jaime Winston.
Bet you forgot about that right? Next up we see Nicholas is the UK TV series SKINS. Skins is one of the most popular UK teen TV series and has help produced stars such as Nicholas, Jack O’Connell and probably the most famous character from the Kaya Scodelario. Nicholas, played Tony Stonem, brother to Effy Stonem played by Kaya.
For those of you reading this article who are not based in the UK, some of the above may not mean anything to you as the above films and TV series probably didn’t reach your territory. But don’t worry, let’s now move across the pond as you may have seen Nicholas is movies such as, Clash of the Titans (Eusebios) or The Weather Man (Mike) starring alongside Nicholas Cage and even Wah Wah movie. However its Nicholas’ role as Hank McCoy in X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past that will be more familiar with.
Nicholas has also starred on Jack The Giant Slayer, Warm Bodies and last but by all means not least, Nicholas Hoult is NUX in Mad Max Fury Road.
