Set in the golden triangle in sun-dappled and colourful Marrakech, Es Saadi Marrakech Resort’s yoga will restore and revive guests through their low-intensity approach to training (LIT). Right on trend for 2019, LIT is firmly on top at the moment in the wellbeing world. Unlike HIIT (High-Intensity Training) classes are based around slow movements, with good form vital for avoiding injuries and strengthening key muscle groups. The Es Saadi Palace Spa is an ideal place to practice this in the form of yoga, with expert guidance and teaching.
