The beautiful model will help the Heart2Heart Foundation in its mission to raise awarenes and promote the extensive international agenda of the foundation.
Founded 17 years ago H2H is a medical charitable organization with a mission to Control, Prevent and Treat Heart Diseases in Children, to date the Foundation has been involved directly in the successful surgeries of 253 needy children from underprivileged backgrounds, who were given a new lease of life and opportunity to be productive adults through the Foundation’s tireless efforts.
