The Network is running a free five day event in August for young people as part of the Guardian Edinburgh International Television Festival.

Delegates will take part in workshops, masterclasses and chats with leading television figures ranging from scriptwriters to producers, presenters to publicists, programme schedulers to commissioning editors. Past contributors have included Chris Evans, Russell T Davies, Davina McCall, Jimmy Carr, Sir Trevor McDonald, Simon Amstell, Kirsty Young and Jon Snow.

The programme is designed to give young people an opportunity to learn how exciting working in TV really is. To find out how to apply to the network click here.
