Sika Designs and Grace Shannan are two of the labels that are using the dazzling patterns and bold, vibrant colours of rich African fabrics.

Grace Shannon’s signature use of African hand-cut embroidery lace creates a visually striking collection that captures the essence of style, sophistication and elegance to enhance the ‘curvaceous’ woman. Key pieces for this cutting edge creation focus on Glamorous Cocktail Dresses and Evening Wear.

All of Sika Designs garments are produced in Ghana, West Africa by highly skilled tailors and seamstresses. Sika works closely with local traders and manufacturers to produce quality garments for the international market. By generating regular income for those involved, they are able to give back to the Ghanaian community and raise the standard of garment production.

Each unique piece defines an area in West Africa’s vast textile landscape, using traditional fabrics such as tie dye, batik’s and wax prints.
