We may have hit autumn, but just like the amazing weather during October, Flavour will always bring you the heat. So with that, a very warm welcome to our Hot Issue! You’ll discover former X Factor finalist Cher Lloyd’s dream is to work with the biggest female rap star around right now – Nicki Minaj; how the cast of Sket bring something cool and critical to cinema; and that Girls Aloud-gone solo Nicola Roberts is a secret dancehall queen – I’d love to take her out and skank to the sounds of Movado and Vybz Kartel…

Speaking of dancing, this is a big, no, a huge party time for us. We have The Comedy Factory every Sunday at D’Den Legacy and we will also be celebrating our 5th Birthday with Miss Flavour 2011 on November 9 at Café de Paris, London, with Chipmunk as our headline performer. A busy and exciting time ahead! There’s more information on those events and more in this issue.

Now, I’m loving the unity of UK talent in all creative industries at the moment: the music collaborations, supporting each other on tour – it’s a good time for Team UK. The all-star cast of Demons Never Die, which includes Tulisa from N-Dubz, shot the movie in a few weeks. Robert Sheehan and Emma Rigby tell us all about it.

Have you noticed the new money management section we’ve had in the past few issues? I’m a big believer in people and particularly young people taking control of their finances and staying away from debt! Times are tough financially, but we can still be the hot girls and guys we are on a budget. Check out some of the items on the fashion pages to update your wardrobe.

With Labrinth, RD, English Frank, Maverick Sabre and Jason Derülo and more in this scorching HOT issue, what are you waiting for? Get reading!
